After successfully placing your order and receiving an order confirmation email, you may sign up/access your Tiger Snack Box account by using the same email address that you provided during checkout.
We're happy to help if your delicious treats arrive damaged!
We'll do our best to package well and prevent damages but some things are out of our control once they leave our hands.
Send pictures of the damages to help@tigersnackbox.com and include order # + damaged in the subject line. Doing so will help us get to your ticket faster!
ie. Order# 2222 damaged
Depending on the situation, we will either refund or send replacements.
You may change your address anytime through your personal account portal.
If you need to change the address to an order that was just placed, reach out to 'help@tigersnackbox.com' immediately with the new address as well as order number.
Please note that we can only change the address if we haven't shipped your order yet. So reach out fast! Time is of the essence!!
After you've placed your order, we will work as fast as possible to get it fulfilled and shipped out!
After that, please allow 5-7 business days for your Tiger Snack Box to arrive.
Each Tiger Snack Box will contain about 15 full sized asian snacks. The items will be mainly sourced from Japan, Korea and other parts of South East Asia. You will receive some of the snacks featured in the product photos as well as some others that we couldn't show due to lack of space in the photos.
We are always tasting and trying tons of new items to find the gems so the lineup will be changing every month.
The exact lineup of snacks will be listed in the product description every month and on our product card inside each box. However, some items may become out of stock and replaced with something similar.
If you see an item that you are just itching to try, let us know in the notes section when placing an order or send an email to 'help@tigersnackbox.com' if you've already placed the order.
