We are happy to help if your delicious treats arrive damaged!
We do our best to package well and prevent damages but some things are out of our control once they leave our hands.
Send pictures of the damages to help@tigersnackbox.com and include order # + damaged in the subject line. Doing so will help us get to your ticket faster!
ie. Order# 2222 damaged
Depending on the situation, we will either refund or send replacements.
Because our items are mainly edible foods with limited shelf life, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
